The east Chamber presents its compliments, this is to inform you that we received the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No.(ش.غ/ 3103) dated (11/15/1435 e), referred it to the letter of the General Authority for Food and Drug number (41 270 /ع) dated (11/08/1435 AH ), containing the reference to the decisions of His Excellency Chief Executive Officer of the Public Authority for food and Drug Administration the following:
First: Resolution No. (123/35) dated (10/30/1435 e) the adoption of the judge requirements for the export of meat of bovine species from countries hit by the injuries of mad cow disease (BSE) in the Kingdom.
Second Resolution No. (124/35) dated (_30 / 10/1435 e) to adopt the mechanism of the adoption of the supervisory official and installations in countries wishing to export cattle meat, poultry and their products to the kingdom, and the suspension of the decision of the Authority No. (75/31 /ق ر) dated (14/07/1431 e) the fulfillment of the judge against the financial services inspection of production facilities and meat processing and the adoption of these facilities to export their products to the kingdom.
Third: Resolution No. (125/35) dated (30/10/1435 e) the adoption of a mechanism judge to impose the ban and the lifting of the temporary ban imposed on the import of meat and livestock, poultry and their products to the kingdom.
